Please read below to make sure your order is eligible for return. To be fair to all our customers, we cannot make any exceptions.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be made. We ONLY accept returns for store credit. Please read below to determine if your item(s) are eligible for a return.
1. Return requests are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery date (according to tracking records).
2. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, tags attached (if any), and odorless. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Item(s) is not part of the items exclusion list (see below).
Items excluded from returns include:
1. Sale Items/Items purchased during a major sale event with a sale event promo-code. A few of the sales include, but not limited to are: weekend sales, blowout sales, hump-day sales, $5, $10, $15 sale items.
2. Accessories (ie. bodychains, necklaces, bracelets, rings, belts, etc.)

Email a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org including:
-Full name on the order
-Items you would like to return
Please allow 3 - 4 business days for a response. Once we approve your request, we will send over instructions on how to go forward with the return.
*PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Once clothing is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive a giftcard via email with the total amount spent on the return item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
